Kummari Community

Traditionally potters, brick and tile makers, we are a backward sub-caste of Andhra Pradesh. Many Kummaris have given up their traditional duties and embraced more modern professions with a high degree of success. Though we are native to Andhra Pradesh, our community is also found in other parts of India.
